Holly and I met Cheryl at a viewing of a house she was selling in Amaranth. She made a very good impression on us as she was warm, down to earth and knowledgeable. We reached out to Cheryl (cold called) when we found a house online that we were interested in. She asked us some questions to understand our situation to ensure we were serious prospective buyers. Once I assured her of our goal, she made herself available that evening to show us the house. Cheryl guided Holly and I through our first offer and made the process seamless and easy. She also kept us up to date on status of offer etc. Very empathetic in her approach. We ended up losing out on that house, as there were multiple bidders. A few weeks later we found another house we were interested in. Cheryl again made herself available and showed us the house shortly thereafter. Our house again had multiple bidders, however Cheryl provided us with information like comparables that aided us in offering a price hat was both fair and allowed us to beat out other bidders. The most valuable part of her service was her availability, flexibility (Cheryl communicated via email, allowing us to pursue real estate properties while not having to miss work etc). Cheryl is an awesome warm person. We couldn't be happier with our experience with her. We would highly recommend her as a realtor and especially as a person.

After meeting with Mike and walking the property (on a weekend) he presented me the next day with a written estimate of value significantly higher than the previous appraisal. I listed with him and the property sold very quickly for just under the asking price within days of the agents open house.Not only did he correctly value the property, Mike was most approachable and genuinely interested in hleping me in many ways, including arranging for a stager and more than one service person to attend with him at the property to see to jobs that needed to be done while I was busy and out of town on work. With respect to the Selling:The fact that there were buyers lined up to view the property didn't sway you into taking your best interests for a quick sale to heart, rather you encouraged my father to seek a higher sale price. The fact that this did not significantly increase your commission did not go un-noticed. Your unsurpassed ability to have 12 potential buyers lined up to view the property within the first 24 hours that it was listed was also completely noteworthy. The constant communication via text and phone with both my father and brother was remarkable as they understood, in detail what to expect every step of the way. Negotiating through the offer process was also a breeze for my father with you by his side. He informs me that not only did you introduce an excellent home inspector, but also a very competent, and fairly priced electrician, as well as lawyer.
